Special requests
Wherever possible we will endeavour to fulfil your request, but NO GUARANTEE CAN BE GIVEN, and no reservation will be conditioned on the satisfaction of a special request or specific apartment number.
Cancellations made by client
All cancellations result in the loss of the booking deposit. In the event that full or part of the full amount has been paid in advance the cancellation charges are: More than 42 days priors to departure – booking fee only. 42 days to 29 days – 50%. 28 to 15 days – 70%. 14 prior to departure and after – 100%.
Holiday insurance
We strongly recommend you take out fully comprehensive holiday insurance. We do not accept responsibility for the loss or theft, under any circumstances, for clients personal items.
Force majeure
We regret compensation will not be paid if your reservation is cancelled or disrupted due to reasons of “force majeure” ie, war or it's threat, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or pandemics.
Accommodation
The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the persons named and numbered on the booking letter. Unauthorised occupancy can result in refusal of occupancy, and re-accommodation is at the expense of the client. We reserve the right to terminate without compensation the holiday tenancy if the clients behaviour is causing annoyance or damage to property or persons whether employees, other clients or hotel owners. In extreme circumstances, Solconfort SL reserve the right to demand a refundable damage deposit - amount to be charged at the discretion of the complex management.
Problems and complaints
If you have a problem or complaint, please bring it to the immediate attention of Solconfort S.L located in reception area. This will give us the opportunity to rectify any situation immediately, thus minimising the inconvenience to yourselves. Most problems can be rectified at once as long as we are aware of them! In the unlikely event that they persist, you should notify Solconfort S.L in writing prior to your departure from Tenerife. We do not accept liability for any clients not following these procedures.
Disputes
In the event of any dispute concerning standards of accommodation or services provided by employees of Solconfort S.L. and it’s representatives, our liability shall not exceed the cost of the accommodation. Any litigation will be subject to Spanish law.
General information
The Apartments
Please note that sufficient basic items are supplied in keeping with standards set by the tourist authorities. We do not provide a maid service. Clean towels are provided on the 3rd and 5th day and clean linen and towels on the 7th day. (There may be a slight variation to this depending on the which day you arrive)

In all units , the interior decor may vary from apartment to apartment and is reflected in the individual owners personal style and choosing.

There is a safety deposit box available in the room at a cost of 2 euros a day. All units will have included in the price you pay, television, hairdryer, iron with board, ceiling or a free standing fan.

Aircon units are available for hire, bookable through our office.

Building works
This is as common overseas as in the UK. If we are aware of any such work, within the immediate vicinity of your accommodation which the Solconfort S.L. or it’s representatives may reasonably consider to effect the enjoyment of your holiday, we will endeavour to advise you accordingly.

Culture Differences
Remember, when in a foreign land you should expect different attitudes and priorities, the pace of life is generally slower, shopping and eating hours may differ, and public services will be less reliable.

Ants and cockroaches often thrive in warmer climates, these unpleasant looking, but harmless creatures can easily be eradicated by bringing it to the attention of the Management. Disruption of water and electricity supplies is not uncommon, and heavy usage of water can result in water not being as hot as desirable.

Pueblo Torviscas Holiday apartments are available for rent all year around subject to availability. Prices shown are per night depending on the number of people sharing. There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights. Contact Us to arrange a booking.


At the time of booking, a 200 Euro deposit is required, with the balance payable on arrival or the next morning at the Pueblo Torviscas office.
